HOUSE 571401

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Mandya, Karnataka, this bespoke villa for a family of three is envisioned as a masterclass in modern luxury, where fluid architecture meets refined detailing. Departing from rigid, conventional lines, the residence embraces a bold, sculptural approach. The facade is defined by dramatic, graceful curves and seamless transitions that create a dynamic and deeply engaging street presence.

A striking, sweeping corten-steel or warm-toned composite panel curves elegantly on the first floor, acting as a structural cradle for the balcony while softening the building's geometric profile.

Deep-set balconies and dedicated planter beds on multiple levels bring lush greenery directly into the living spaces, contrasting beautifully against the warm architectural tones.
